This is sentiment and nothing else, every body are complaining of the machine to the extent that it can not register more than 10 pple in my area on Sunday due to the same problem. Now instead for us to tell inec to put their house in order and find a way round this problem we are here abusing and discrediting our past leaders. Shio!
