'It's Quite Unfortunate': Police Speak On Fire Incident At Comedian AY's House

The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has sympathized with Comedian AY over the fire incident that gutted his house in Lekki area of Lagos

Adejobi described the incident as quite unfortunate and prayed to God to continue to be with the comedian and his family.

“I sympathise with my brother, AY Comedian, on the fire incident that gutted his house. It’s quite unfortunate. It’s well with you, bro. May the Lord be with you,” the PPRO stated.

The fire incident at AY’s mansion happened around 5pm on Sunday.

The incident did not record neither injury nor death. However, the cause of the fire is yet unknown.

In response to the incident, Ayo Makun took to his Instagram page to share a heartfelt message.

He emphasized the importance of family and faith, stating, “Family and God – that is what’s important. Everything else comes and goes.”
