Police Storm Kidnappers' Den In Adamawa, Rescue Woman, Kill 2 Suspects

Police operatives in Adamawa state have rescued one Mrs Becky Ladawus, a resident of Nyibango, Yola South Local Government Area from a den of kidnappers during which two of her abductors were also killed.

The operation to rescue Mrs Ladawus, a resident of Nyibango, Yola South Local Government Area which took place on Monday was carried out by the Command’s operatives led by Commander Crack Squad in a joint operation with hunters.

Mrs Ladawus was rescued unharmed during the Read Also, according to the police statement.

However, two of the suspected kidnappers who laid an ambush to prevent the security agents’ access to their hideouts were killed while two pump action guns, charms, chains and handsets were recovered.

According to the statement, the state Commissioner of Police had ordered that the fleeing suspects should be pursued and prevented from regrouping anywhere in the state
