24-Yr-Old Man, Pelumi Folorunsho Arrested For Defiling His 8-year-old Old Step Brother In Ondo

The police in Ondo state have arrested a 24-year-old man identified as Pelumi Folorunsho for allegedly sodomising his eight-year- old step brother.

According to the police, the suspect was caught by a neighbour while committing the act at their residence at No. 3a, Odige Street, NEPA area in Akure metropolis.

While arraigning the suspect before the Akure Family Magistrate Court on a one-count charge of indecent assault, police prosecutor, Martins Olowofeso, told the court that Pelumi committed the offence at about 3pm on September 16, 2023 at their residence. Olowofeso said the defendant assaulted his step-brother and caused him harm.

“The defendant removed the victim’s trouser and forcefully inserted his manhood into his anus, when their parents were not around.

That you, Pelumi Folorunsho, ‘m’ on September 16, 2023 at 3 pm at No 3a , Odige, NEPA area of Akure in the Ondo State Magisterial District, did indecently assault an 8-year-old boy, by intentionally penetrating into his anus with your penis, and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 3(1) (a) of the VAPPLAW of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2021”.

Presiding Magistrate, F.A. Aduroja, ordered the defendant be remanded in police custody pending when judgment will be delivered.

Aduroja ordered him to clear bushes around the police station for two weeks and adjourned the case to October 5 for judgment.

Now I understand why this gay thing festers. These oloriburuku twisted minded people are always on the prowl for young people, why??? I dont give a hoot about people segxwal orientation but if I understand it directly and it's not as a result of mental illness, you are supposed to talk to above 18yrs person who has the same interest like your self just like a man will talk to a lady?
