A suspected thief has been nabbed after he allegedly attempted to break into a compound in Ikenegbu Layout Extension, Owerri, Imo State.
 
According to an activist, Ikenne Samuelson Iwuoha, the suspect was caught with pliers and cutters by the neighbourhood vigilante security personnel at about 2:am on Monday, September 25, 2023.
 
“We are not joking. We are serious,” Mr Iwuoha added.
