A Nigerian man, Daniel Yunusa, says he escaped from some kidnappers on Sunday, January 21.
In a video that has gone viral, Daniel claimed he was traveling with five of his brothers and friends to Kogi state when they were attacked by the kidnappers who whisked them into the bush.
Daniel claimed he escaped and ran somewhere in the bush and was able to make a video. In one of the videos shared, Daniel called on Nigerians to help him as he did not know where exactly where he was or how he could get back to safety. He later shared a video of him with his vehicle that had been riddled with bullets by the kidnappers. He could be seen sharing his story to some military officers as well as passersby.
He asked Nigerians not to travel by road again and also called for help to rescue his brothers who he says are still with the kidnappers.
