sincerlly if it were as you stated , he has not done so bad , and except if the gov himself is not all that very religion , and straight forward , he should know that wishes of men are not that of GOD , every human that deseved to be cursed , when ever you are praying for hum , you are actually cursing him , and who so deserved prayers , whenever you cursing him you are actually praying for him ,
