he is trying to cast blame on the woman, and is painting himself white... maybe he has gotten some one pregnant and so wish to divorce his wife! what a shame and why go to court and not to thier G. O for setlement

The pastor wife lack faith in GOD. The pastor should seek GOD answer to solve his problem. GOD did not create any body to be barren or infetile. i believe something spiritual is wrong among them that need GOD immediate solution.

this is ophobious,GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR CHILDREN.HOPE SAY BOTH PARTIES HAND CLEAN FROM THE PAST BECAUSE WE NEVER CAN TELL.THE PAST MOST TIMES IF NOT ALL THE TIME TEND TO TERMINATE THE PRESENT AND ANNIHILATE THE FUTURE..ANY WAY THE PASTOR SHOULD SEEK THE FACE OF GOD....

Are you making up story for the woman? Pastor is a human being before his professional calling! He has feelings like everyone. He is not a celibate. So, don't add to the story!

May the good lord be with this pastor, He is passing through a difficult time. It's really better to divorce the woman than committing adultery. The woman has moved out of the matrimonial home which indicates that she has given up with the marriage. My dear pastor God will surely see you thru

The woman is a good person.   

One of the pastors major complaint to the magistrate is that he has been married to his wife for 12 years and no children was produced from this marriage. 

The pastor complained that the wife has fibroid and that has completely changed her as a person.  He self-diagnosed his wife claiming that the fibroid has caused her to be aggressive, hostile, confrontational and lacked interest in sex.

He then complained that his wife had abandoned him and moved out of their matrimonial home.

He explained that he went to his wife's office to beg her to return back because God can still perform a miracle.

He also claimed that his wife told him that God has asked her to seek to have a child elsewhere.  The wife must obey God, but I doubt if she heard from God because God hates divorce.  There is no discussion as to whether attempts were made to remove the fibroids.  He only mentioned IVF.  What type of quack doctor did IVF without first checking for fibroids and cysts?  Did the fibroids come later?

The magistrate has asked them to return in March 2011 so that he can hear his wife's defence and cross-examination of the complainant and wife.

The man has acknowledged that his wife was sick and that her personality had changed.  Patience is needed here by the pastor.  In sickness and in health.

The wife on the other hand may have accepted her fate that she may not be able to bear children for the man.  She may be under a great deal of pressure from the pastor's family to leave especially when he travelled.  She may love her husband too much that she has decided to sacrifice herself and her marriage in order to bring peace in the family.

She is quite aware that the end result will be divorce so that her husband can marry somebody that could give him children.  This is sacrifice at its highest order.



I will like to wait to hear the wife's explanations before I can make my comments.
