In a surprising turn of events, Betty Akeredolu, the widow of the late Governor of Ondo State, has reportedly entered into matrimony with her deceased husband's younger brother. The union, which has garnered significant attention and speculation, comes amidst mourning for the former governor.

Betty Akeredolu, who has been in the public eye since her husband's passing, has found companionship in the arms of her brother-in-law, whose identity has not been disclosed at the time of reporting. While details surrounding the circumstances of their relationship remain scarce, sources close to the family suggest that the wedding was a private affair, attended only by close relatives and associates.

The news of Betty Akeredolu's purported remarriage has sparked debate and raised eyebrows within political circles and the wider community. Many have expressed surprise at the timing and choice of partner, while others have offered support and well-wishes to the newlyweds.

As speculation continues to swirl, the Akeredolu family has remained tight-lipped about the development, opting to keep the details of the union private. It remains to be seen how this latest chapter in Betty Akeredolu's life will unfold and what implications it may have for the family's legacy and political standing in Ondo State.

Lobatan.......lobatan! Life is for the living. Madam is 70yrs old. Older than late husband and now the younger brother is next! Well, it is a smart move by the Akeredolus if they still want to have access to the late man's wealth but....this is too soon now! After all, madam has menopaused. So what's the hurry?

We should remember that the Yoruba Nation and we have our tradition and culture befor civilisation of the colonia master eradicate our  Yoruba culture and traditions, The real Yorubas knows that if the senior brother died, the junior brother can marry the wife of his late brother.  That is our cultures and tradition in Yoruba land, therefore no body should judge them.

If it was just the late man, they would say that he is weak and that the woman is using him. But he is no more, and the family still wants the ADA Igbo, but look at complete outsiders and strangers wailing and gnashing their teeth about a peaceful family's activities. Talk about taking Panadol for another person's headache. If she is such a terrible woman, why did the Akeredolu family go to Imo state with her? Were they forced? Ndi uchu na ndi obi mgbawa here and there !
