
The Kuruma community in Bunkure Local Government Area of Kano State is reeling from the tragic discovery of seven-year-old Khalifa Saminu Saleh, whose lifeless body was found six days after he was reported missing.
According to reports from Punch, Khalifa's body was discovered at a canal in the community on Monday morning, April 8, 2024, sending shockwaves through the neighborhood.

An anonymous resident shared insights into Khalifa's last known whereabouts, revealing that the young boy was on his way to the mosque to perform Salatul Tarawih prayers, a routine he faithfully observed due to the mosque's proximity to his family's home.
"I know the boy very well; he is about seven years old and lives with his parents. His father, Alhaji Saminu Saleh, is a young businessman in Rano town," the source disclosed to Punch.
