In a recent development, Mother of the soind enginee, who died in the Junior Pope’s drowning saga, has emerged online to cry out over the return of her son’s body.
In a video making its way on social media, she is seen pleading with Nigerians to please send her son’s body to River State for a proper burial.
In the video, she expresses that if she does not see her son’s body, she will not be able to continue living.
A few days ago, recall that the Governor of Akwa Ibom State had facilitated the return of one of the bodies of the casualties of the drowning incident.
Preparations had been made for the makeup artist to come home to her family to be buried with her loved ones. The governor had also promised the family hefty sums of funds as a promise to help them complete their house.
Following these recent developments, netizens cannot help but empathize with the woman who appears to be blind as they also plead with other Nigerians to put her together and facilitate the return of her son’s body.
