Julie Pinnick, wife of former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President Amaju Pinnick, expressed a message of reconciliation and unity, saying "Let love lead" as popular singer Davido and his wife Chioma visited their home. The visit was to formally invite the Pinnicks to Davido and Chioma's upcoming wedding.
This friendly gesture comes three months after Amaju Pinnick and Davido reached an out-of-court settlement over a breach of contract lawsuit filed by Pinnick-led Brownhill Investment Company Limited against the artist.
The legal dispute, initiated in November 2023, involved Pinnick's Brownhill Event Centre, which accused Davido of failing to honor agreements for the "Warri Again" events in both 2014 and 2019.
The recent visit marks a significant step towards mending relations between the two parties, highlighting the importance of love and reconciliation in resolving conflicts.
