Popular Nigerian activist, Yemi Fasipe, has taken to the X platform to ask a question about the ''Japa'' trend.

He wondered why the trend of relocating abroad is not “affecting” the North, unlike the Southern region of the country.

He wrote;

‘’I want to ask a harmless question: why is the Japa syndrome not affecting the North like the South in Nigeria?''

Maybe the countries they want to “emigrate” to,  are unsettled.

Or the quota system is keeping them better of than other Nigerians!
