A video of Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese football star, enjoying Asake’s new song “Active” has gone viral.
This isn’t the first time Ronaldo has shown interest in Nigerian music. He once shared a video of him and his kids dancing to Rema’s hit “Calm Down.”
In the recent clip, many were surprised, especially Nigerians and Africans, when Ronaldo used Asake’s song featuring Travis Scott in one of his court videos.
In the caption, he congratulated Premier Padel World Champion Arturo Coello and joked that Coello’s recent victory was due to his influence.
The song is from Asake’s new album, “Lungu Boy.”
See some of the reactions that trailed Ronaldo’s video from Nigerians:

@clydee_x: “Okayyyyyy Mr Money izz goneee.”
