@poster, we cant help her make up her mind about this proposal, it is a personal thing.  She knows this man while we know next to nothing about him.  Unless she has another man by the side, then I can understand her confusion.  Else if it is just this man alone, she wouldnt have much trouble making up her mind.  What are those things that the man lack which is giving her a draw back?........She needs to know that there is no 'Mr. Perfect' anywhere, so she better shine her eyes.  If the man has about 60% of what she wants in a man, then she is a lucky woman.  Pls dont tell me that she doesnt even know what she wants in her man.  Let her sit down and analyse  everything, I tell you, soon she will know what she wants.......
