Nigerian Afrobeat musician Seun Kuti has revealed his deep disappointment after not receiving an invitation to singer Davido's wedding, despite their past friendship. Speaking in an episode of the podcast "Curiosity Made Me Ask" with Bae U Barbie, Kuti admitted that the snub affected him so much that he struggled to sleep for a week.
Kuti explained that he and Davido share a close history, with the singer frequently visiting the African Shrine, the iconic venue owned by the Kuti family. Davido, often accompanied by a large entourage, would enjoy complimentary drinks at the Shrine during his visits.
