Verydarkman, a well-known figure for his vocal critiques of societal injustices, has clarified his position amid mounting discussions that label him an “activist.” In a recent video shared online, the critic, donning a police-style uniform emblazoned with the initials “VDM,” outlined his mission as more akin to an online version of the Nigeria Police Force rather than traditional activism.

Quote
"I’m not an activist but a social media police,"
he asserted, distancing himself from conventional activist roles. Verydarkman described his focus as that of an “online police” committed to addressing various forms of oppression, particularly concerning vendors and individuals accused of exploitative behaviors.

He stressed that his actions are guided strictly by evidence, stating he only highlights cases when sufficient proof is available. This commitment to impartiality, he argued, is crucial for upholding fairness and transparency in his efforts.

In his post, he also expressed appreciation for the Nigeria Police Force's ongoing battle against corruption, urging others to collaborate in the mission to improve the country.
Quote
“CSP VDM of the online division also shoutout to the Nigeria Police Force for their tireless efforts in fighting corruption in Nigeria,”
he concluded.
