VeryDarkMan shared a leaked audio implicating Falz and his father in a corruption scandal, which they denied.
Despite a court order to delete the post, VeryDarkMan stands firm, claiming he exposed corruption.
The case is set for hearing at Ikeja High Court in Lagos.
