Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has found himself at the center of a new controversy, with reports suggesting that he is currently residing in a refugee camp in Amsterdam, challenging his previous claims of living a luxurious lifestyle in the United Kingdom.
The revelation came from popular blogger Tosin Silverdam, who claimed that Bobrisky’s UK ban remains in place, and he is now seeking asylum in the Netherlands. According to Silverdam, the crossdresser’s recent erratic social media activity, coupled with a lack of updates, led to suspicions about his true whereabouts.
"Bobrisky is allegedly in an asylum refugee camp in Amsterdam, not in London as he claimed. The UK ban on him is still in effect, so he cannot enter the UK," Silverdam wrote.
The blogger further explained that Bobrisky’s absence from social media is consistent with the behavior of individuals seeking asylum, as they often face restrictions and are less active during their application process.
Silverdam also noted that the Netherlands is known for granting asylum to individuals who are fleeing persecution, danger, or inhumane treatment in their home countries, suggesting that Bobrisky may have sought refuge on these grounds.
This news comes on the heels of Bobrisky addressing a separate controversy regarding a ₦4 million debt claim, adding fuel to the fire surrounding his financial and personal life. While Bobrisky has not commented on the latest allegations, the reports have sparked a flurry of reactions online, with many questioning the truth behind his glamorous online persona.
