To his shock, the man also unearthed a far more disturbing revelation: his wife had been contemplating ending her life, along with the lives of their three children. This troubling plan, which she shared with her lover, was reportedly driven by her fears that her children would suffer under the care of a future stepmother. The wife allegedly believed that her husband’s love for the children would not be enough to protect them from mistreatment.
The tragic information was revealed in an anonymous post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), where the man recounted the details of the conversations he found on his wife’s phone. According to the post, the wife had confided in her lover, sharing her emotional distress and despair:
"I seriously need your help. I’ve been sleeping with a married lady for about two years now. She’s been confiding in me. She’s planning to end her life and take her three boys’ lives as well. She says she never liked her husband and married him under pressure because of her age.”
In a follow-up message, she explained her reasons further: "I asked why not leave the boys with their dad since he loves them so much. She said that was her plan, but she’s worried about stepmothers being cruel. I also encouraged her to try and live and look on the bright side, but she says she’s miserable and depressed.
