The wife of the popular Nigerian influencer, Egungun of Lagos, has spoken out in defense of her marriage after a blackmail attempt involving a private video of her husband. In an emotional statement shared online, Pashotah, also known as the General Manager of Egungun of Lagos, revealed that someone had attempted to extort money from her by threatening to release the intimate footage.

According to Pashotah, the video, which was intended solely for her, somehow leaked, and the blackmailer is now demanding payment to prevent it from going public. However, she made it clear that she would not succumb to the threat. "Someone is blackmailing me with my husband’s private video, but nothing can destroy our relationship," she stated. "My husband loves me deeply, and we’ve been together for over 8 years, even when we had nothing."

Pashotah emphasized that she plays a significant role in her husband’s career, claiming responsibility for shooting 80% of his videos and even encouraging him to start interviews with women who have undergone Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL). She also stressed that her husband, despite the blackmail allegations, has always been faithful to her.

“This is just a private video meant for me, his wife. But it got out there one way or the other, and someone is using it to blackmail me,” she continued. “I’m saying publicly now that my husband has never cheated on me, and even if he did, I wouldn’t let it affect our relationship. We have nothing to hide."

Pashotah also noted that, as the General Manager of Egungun of Lagos, she is deeply involved in his career and that she is not concerned with the blackmailer's demands. "I trust my man, and this blackmailer will not break our marriage," she stated firmly. "I will not be paying any money, because I have none to give, and I will not let this affect how I feel about my husband."

In her final message, Pashotah assured her followers and supporters that the couple’s bond is unshaken by the controversy. "We’re just putting this out there before the blackmailer can spread it further. I still love my husband, and I will continue to support him," she concluded. "This is just a private matter that got out, but it won’t stop me from posting about him tomorrow."

The statement has garnered support from fans, who have expressed their admiration for the couple’s resilience in the face of such challenges.
