Social activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has criticized former Marlian dancer Lil Smart for his allegations that Naira Marley and Zinoleesky attempted to harm him. VDM urged Lil Smart to provide concrete evidence and take legal action if the claims are genuine.
In a bid to support Lil Smart’s pursuit of justice, VDM transferred ₦1 million to the dancer to facilitate his travel to Abuja and engage legal proceedings against Naira Marley and Zinoleesky. However, shortly after receiving the funds, Lil Smart severed communication with VDM, citing concerns about his intentions.
Lil Smart expressed dissatisfaction with VDM's handling of the Mohbad case, particularly the activist's focus on a controversial DNA test, which he claimed diminished his trust.
In response, VDM publicly demanded accountability, urging Lil Smart to either present evidence supporting his allegations or refund the ₦1 million provided for the legal battle. VDM emphasized the need for verified claims, noting the seriousness of the accusations.
The incident has sparked conversations online, with many questioning the integrity of both parties and the broader implications for the ongoing controversies surrounding the Marlian Records label.
