Ex-Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has denied dumping the All Progressives Congress, APC, to join the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP
The ex-governor reacted to the rumours today on his verified X account, asking Nigerians to ignore the false reports, as he describes them as “patent lies.”
He also disclosed that he has instructed his lawyers to take legal action against those spreading the misinformation.
“Please disregard the patent lies and rumours about my political affiliation. I have referred the lead peddlers of the fake news for further action by my lawyers,” El-Rufai tweeted.
