CCTV footage showing how a yet-to-be-identified man outsmarted suspected kidnappers in Ogwashi Uku in Delta state on January 5, 2025, has made the rounds on social media.

In the video, the man could be seen driving into a compound and being followed by the assailants who were armed with guns. The suspected kidnappers then began shooting at the man, however, he refused to step out of his vehicle. After a while, the terrified man decided to jump out of his car and run into a building.

Seeing that they had lost sight of him, the assailants left the premises.
