Quote from: Dee4evr on 8-03-2011 03:03 PM When you saw that you were like oh! what a shame. But can you honestly recite the national anthem correctly to the end along with the national pledge? otherwise you are no better than her. He is not an ambassadorial nominee. If he were he would do his best to recite it up by heart. The numeration and other perks that go with that post more than merit the effort. This inept lady is a product of connection syndrome, that is, you rise or fall depending on who is your godfather or who you know. That is the shame of cronyism to parade such a lady as ambassadorial nominee.

It is too bad, but they are everywhere that cannot recite the ReplyNational Anthem. The same thing happened last week at Maritime Academy Interview, some of them couldn't recite the National Anthem, not even National Pledge.

Quote from: bhl72 on 8-03-2011 12:20 PM While watching Kaakaki this morning 08-Mar-11 on AIT, I was stunned as I watched a female ambassadorial nominee who appeared before the senate for screening. She had been asked to recite the National Anthem but embarrassed herself when she could not go further than line 3 of the National Anthem. The drama was that she said the first three lines correctly then started mumbling line 4; stopped, restarted, got stuck there again... at some point she was shaking, almost becoming hysterical! many of them cant,they are all interested in the money and power that comes with such positions. I thought that was terrible... little things matter... THE BEST WAY TO REVENGE IS TO FORGIVE..........FORGIVE THE TEARS OF A HURTFUL PAST.

This is a shame, any reasonable person that is dreaming to attain such a position should such basic things like his/her own country's national anthem. Leadership positions in this country is always occupied by unserious minded individuals, what a shame to us all. Reply

Even though her action doesn't look good, how many house or Replysenate members can recite the anthem.
| |||||
Why place so much emphasis on being able to recite the national anthem, even those that can recite it are still even involved in corruption. the main thing is if she's helping making nigeria a better place and not if she can recite a few words Reply
