A teenage boy from Cincinnati, Ohio, has been charged with murd£r after allegedly fatally shooting his stepfather, for assaulting his mother.

According  to authorities, Ronez Joyce, 15, is accused of shooting 30-year-old Levonte Hyde approximately 12 times at their home.

The teen’s mother had previously filed a police report stating that Hyde had punched her multiple times in the face while they were driving home from the store. According to FOX19, court documents state that Joyce’s mother had “visible injuries to her face.”

When they arrived home minutes later, Joyce is said to have shot his abusive stepfather least 12 times.

Cops arrived at the house at around 12:30 a.m. where they found Hyde suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center but later pronounced dead, police said.

Joyce was taken into custody, where he denied the charges during his court appearance on Friday. He is being held in custody until his next court hearing on March 3.

A criminal complaint filed by the Hamilton County Municipa Court said that Hyde and Joyce’s mother share two children together.

He is a minor.....crime of passion. No sane child will watch an abuse gone for too long and will not snap. He didn't buy the gun, they did
