You don't but some do.You should not speak for others.After the fall of man in the Garden of Eden,he became a free moral with choices.He can choose to do good or evil.The law then was life to those who would obey it and damnation to others who would not keep it.In Genesis 1:27, "male and female He created them", and any confusion of that distinction only leads to perversion and the infraction of the laws of God.

From what I've read, the Bible uses an awful lot of euphemisms and roundabout terms for things like sex, and even defecation has a special word for it.
