A friend sent the below mail to me and I thought it wise to share with u pals:

Recently this past week, my cousin Nicole Dishuk (age 31...newly graduated student with a doctoral degree about to start her new career as a Doctor...) was flown into a nearby hospital, because she passed out. They found a blood clot in her neck, and immediately took her by helicopter to the ER to operate. By the time they removed the right half of her skull to relieve the pressure on her brain; the clot had spread to her brain causing severe damage. Since last Wednesday night, she was battling... they induced her into a coma to stop the blood flow, they operated 3 times... Finally, they said there was nothing left that they could do... they found multiple clots in the left side of her brain... the swelling wouldn't stop, and she was on life support...   She died at 4:30 yesterday. She leaves behind a husband, a 2yr old Brandon and a 4yr old Justin... The CAUSE of DEATH - they found was a birth control she was taking that allows you to only have your period 3 times a year... They said it interrupts life's menstrual cycle, and although it is FDA approved... shouldn't be. So to the women in my address book - I ask you to boycott this product & deal with your period once a month - so you can live the rest of the months that your life has in store for you.

What do u think about this mail and the use of contraceptives?

:'( :'( is a pity...women you should take note.a word to the wise is enough.
It's so sad.....
really sad.is a pity, after all these years she spent to acquired her Doctoral Degree is now a waste. too bad ..why can't we accept things as God made it..huh? are we trying to proof The Almighty wrong? one thing most of us always forget is the fact that, we cannot cheat nature..

Who said she was trying to cheat it?afterall like it says she had just finish her doctoral degree & already had two kids....don't u think she might have needed some time for herself?i mean her career and not always reproducing all the time...it's just a unfortunate circumstance, people choose birth control for many reasons, so u can't judge em & we can never be sure of anything.

May her soul rest in peace.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT KINDS OF CONTRACEPTIVES WITH DIFFERENT SIDE EFFECT. SOME WOMEN USE PILLS WHY SOME FIX CORD INSIDE THEIR BODY, NONE IS REALLY GOOD. I PREFARE THE NATURAL CONTROL WHICH MY WIFE HAS ADAPT TO AND IT IS THE BEST AND THE SAFEST METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL.

Which is? Huh?

well there is noting wrong with using contraceptives actually very helpful but is seems that your cousin might have over dose on the pill which in fact disrupt the function of her hypophyseal gland and of course this gland is in the cranial. The glands secrets FSH AND LH which are hormones which helps regulate  the ovaries to start to fertilize it eggs but when the pill is taking it sends a negative feed back to the  brain which tells the hypophyseal gland to stop secreting FSH AND LH.

too Bad, sometimes we take drugs even without finding out its side effect too. Every drug always have a side effect, it may be minor or major but its exists all the same. we need to be concious of what we take in cos Health is Wealth. May her gentle soul rest inperfect peace. Tanxs for d info too. its a warning to everyone to be careful.

Well...she didn't think it would end that way...alot of people use it and get away with it.....she ran out of luck.....
yeah! i understand but, its not cool..
Yeah...it isn't but since most of these birth control pills and methods have side effects and having plenty children does not make sense in this era, what do we do? Make do with CD?
