It depend on where they live, In Nigeria its just polygamy, I don't think its illegal there and if it is, its not enforced. here in Canada the guy is definitely looking at jail term if he legally marry the two of them, but if only one is done legally the one with the legal marriage is the wife and the new wife better hope he's legally married to his first wife so she can get a quick annulment and save her business or just be the concubine. there is no law against that either

Haba, e don happen e don happen. let her calm her self, now that she know of the other one. Her marrage may be a blessing to both of them, and her effort on improving the bussiness will not be in vain. The only thing, is, let the husband keep them in separate Houses,. she shuold not allow him to divorce her.
"Remember God only use her to improve on the bussiness, not by her strenhgt, and it can be the other one too or her chidren. And blessing come from him even the pregnancy she was carying".
