In an address to the nation 5hrs ago Prez Obama confirmed Bin Laden was killed at a compound in Abbottabad, 30 miles north-east of Islamabad (the capital of Pakistan) after a firefight with US Special forces last night. Osama was living in a mansion, not in caves as we’d long believed. He lived in a mansion 100 meters from a Pakistani military base.  Thousands have gathered at Ground Zero…sight of NY 9/11 bombings & Washington DC, rejoicing at the news. Obama began his speech by stating: “Tonight I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that has killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of al Qaeda.” They finally got him, after almost a decade they finally got him.
