well this is a case of illitracy and lack of social and mutual understanding amongst the nigerian hausa's and the arab world in general...as the saying goes that { one eyed man is the leader of the blind] all this atitude been posses by these boy are from those so called preacher of their religion who tell them that killing people in order to fight for their right is the best way to see their own Alah! and also the preaching of religious ceculiarity is also another problem in the muslim world too...inother words,calling the christians outcast and that they are meant to be killed in order to promote islamic Jihad!....well to end the whole story, in the history of the hausa"s in the northern nigerian are like this.those street thugs who kill people are those call {alimangery} which mean [ the poor people or those without parent,or those whom their parent have rejected them} now all this guys are prone to illitracy and poverty and little formal education from their Alfa who teach them KORAN...more so, the well being of these guys are been taken care of by some those blood sucking Alaji's who sponsor them in the killing and looting of peoples properties in order to achieve their blood mission or their ingotten wealth.....
         WAYS WE CAN MAKE ALL THESE THINGS TO STOP!
  1.Creat a good awareness to this people about what it takes to be human
  2.the sleeping government of each of the state should wake up to their responsibilties
  3.surporting single parents and families to avoid too much alimangeries on the street.
  4.boost more security measures and judicial laws in the state..and also making them to be aware of it..which link aticle 1 of this paragraph
   5.mornitoring the religious activities in the state is another major goal.by mean bringing any religious preachers to law that go contrary to the law of the state
   6.making sure that education should be the priority of every children in the state and there must be a watch dog to mornitor all these activities...as it was during the IDIAGBON regim..in the 80"s
   7.strict executions on those who contradict the laws. which link to article 4 of this paragraph...
