thanks pals for your advice like HOPEA23 said i will be seeing my brother this weekend and discuss with him but that aside.

My brother and i are from different Dad but same Mum. why am posting this is just to still further ask for more advice if this also counts.

since we are not from the same Dad and different village but we are from the same mum and his dad and my mum are from the same village.
