YES,HE CAN DO IT AND I BELIEVE GOD IS WITH HIM.I REMEMBER IN YEAR 2000 AT ST MATTHEW ANGLICAN CHURCH,NPOGWU,PORT-HARCOURT,WHEN HE FIRST ANNOUNCED IT IN THE CHURCH.IF THE FED. GOVT CAN ASSIST HIM,IT WILL BE GREAT.DR,GOODLUCK.

He made the announcement  in the year 2000.
222,000,   Nigerians die every year from Aids.
So he has sat on the cure and watched over 2 Million people die from this terrible decease.
Nigerians, wake up he has done nothing for you.  Huh?
