Hip-hop Icon Eedris Abdulkareem Is arguably one of the most controversial artistes In the Nigerian music Industry.

Eedris exhibited another side of him recently. The Kano born Musician displayed the activist side In him when he rejected a multi million naira deal to appear as a model for Power Holding Of Nigeria (PHCN) television commercial.

Reason? The advert was supposed to be used for the revenue drive of the PHCN but Eedris had told them (PHCN) that he would not be part of their advert because over a week, his street has not had light

U only advertise urself when u kno ur worth.....PHCN, why skip 2 and go to 3?

1st of all, get ur system right! Make the power-supply steady!!......only then can u start talkin abt runin adverts on TV. Undecided Sad

Bros may be they go dey give light when it's time for the advert and after they take it back...Shame on them 100 times...
It shows how stupid and inexperienced the PHCN management are.

They don't even know how to best market themselves...PHCN don't even need advert had it offered good services, because electricity is a necessity and so, does not need advert for publicity, to sale.

Devil punish them and thunder strike their ideas.
