The People you have Good relationship Chemistry with have nothing to do with their location. If Such rules were the case, Most people would not found their Spouses. Many people say that you should always go to the Village to find your Wife but, a good number of my friends met their wives in Nite Clubs! Where the person you love is living has no bearing on the relationship the two of you will have. All that dating your next door neighbor is really not that big a deal if the two of you do not have too many familiarity issues  and biased opinions.
