Don't mind our INEC Chairman, I ate his beans, thats why his sense couldn't allow him understand that it was a tied vote, he should be fair with his office...  Good-luck to you all that made it. I wasn't actually interested in this vote, when i saw all the rigging from behind.

Quite right. A lot of dummies or bung votes as someone said are busy rigging the election. Imagine some person who can't put 2gether a constructive comment other than emoticons or silly flirtations is also aspiring 4 NP Personality of the Year. It demeans d title big time. There should be a mechanism 2 detect multiple fake profiles otherwise the integrity of the system is compromised.
