How would his best friend know that he is not impotent? .... more likely because the best friend knows he is having sex with someone else. Why someone else and not you?.... maybe there is something about you (urinary tract infection/attitude/weight gain or loss/not hmmmm.... acrobatic or too acrobatic in bed) that turns him off. Because you claim he loves you ...the most likely reason I think is that he tested HIV positive and does not want to tell nor infect you.Suggest you both go for testing ...routine testing and his reaction may give you a hint. Friend, God gives children ok, but for you and your man go see the doctor together to conduct series of tests, your should a kind of minimize stress as result of working, take some time off, eat good food, take his medication, and you two have to prepare your mind psychologically , spiritually and physically before, during and after sex.
