Doctor impregnated his nurse and sent her to Italy so his wife wont know. The code to know when she has delivered is "spaghetti". 8 months later Doctor and wife were at home when a postcard arrives. Wife hands it over to hubby who reads it and has a massive heart attack immediately. The Postcard says "spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghetti, spaghetti. Two with sausage and meatballs, two without"
