80% Of 1st Class And 2-1 Graduates Score Below 20% In NNPC Exams (Page 6)

these days 80% of the so called  graduate cant even defend their results ...what a shame ..graduate my foot ..

Despite the First class peoples failure in the NNPC exams, they will still buy their way in and get that same NNPC job, watch out and see.

Perhaps they didn't realise how rigorous it will b. School exams r quite predictable n u av so much time to prepare for them. for work tests, quite often u may not know what is expected or how to prepare for them.

They were not to be blame at all, all this is due to the useless lecturers that full the Nigeria Tertiary Institutions, from guys they collect money and from females they have their body to give them all this grades. I personally had an interview with an ND student that can not write an informal letter nor a quite notice for a talent and she study Estate Management. Not Government but ONLY God can review our educational sectors in this country.

There's is the saying that "what you don't expose will expose you". If you've been gone through the 4 walls of a nigerian university, i'm sure this wouldn't be a new thing. I knew these set of the so called "first class or second-class upper students" while i was in school. Don't get me wrong, some worked for it (read hard) and deserved it. But most used their bodies, especially girls. Lecturers are the main culprits. They have to pass their colleagues girlfriend especially when his colleagues girlfriend is doing his course (one good turn deserves another).

I remember an incident back in those days, Shell came to my school to look for prospective first class students to offer jobs as soos as they graduate. They were given an aptitude test and a presentation, one of my classmates who has been a girlfriend to the HOD of my department could not utter a sentence when she was called out for her presentation. According to eye witnesses, the shell representatives were in utter disbelief of whta was happening. It's a shame what the Nigerian educational system has demeaned into. It's ironical to see those with 2:2 lower or third class graduates performing so well wherever thet are working.

The advice for these companies looking for competent hans is to allow all gradutes to take their tests/exams irrespective of the graduates results. They will be shocked at the performances of their so called "1st class & 3rd graduates".
