ON WALKING INTO A FACTORY,THE MD NOTICED A YOUNG MAN LEANING AGAINST THE WALL,DOING NOTHING. HE APPROACHED THE MAN AND CALMLY SAID TO HIM"HOW MUCH DO YOU EARN" THE MAN WAS QUITE AMAZED AND HE REPLIED:I EARN $2000 A MONTH,SIR,WHY?WITHOUT ANSWERING THE MD TOOK OUT HIS WALLET AND REMOVED $6000 CASH AND GAVE THE MAN AND SAID "AROUND HERE I PAY PEOPLE FOR WORKING ,NOT STANDING AND LOOKING PRETTY" HERE IS UR 3 MONTHS SALARY,NOW GET OUT AND DONT COME BACK.
THE MAN QUICKLY WENT OUT OF SIGHT. THEN THE MD NOW APPROACHED ONE OF THE ONLOOKERS AND ASKED"WHO'S THE MAN I JUST FIRED"
