The word 'asset' is not used in its literary sense to mean 'property' but figuratively to denote 'extreme value'.
A good woman is all a man is got in life and if adressed as asset, it means somthing of high value.

A man will call a woman his asset when he has invested so much on her i.e maybe he sponsored her university education, he takes care of her family e.t.c  and a woman will also refer to her man as her asset if she dose d same enlisted above for him. So it doesnt really matter. Anybody can be ur asset, but dont make ur self a liability to someone else.

MY DICTIONARY DESCRIBES AN 'ASSET' AS SOMETHING THAT HAS USEFUL VALUE. I SEE NOTHING WRONG WT THAT, UNLESS WOMEN DOESNT HAVE USEFUL VALUE. THEY SHOULD RATHER PROTEST IF THEY'RE REFERED TO AS 'LIABILITY'

A woman who will work with you, build a family together with you, share your wealth and
your sorrows is an asset, but the lady who is too lazy to keep a job, and will not
support you but always compares you to Dr this or chief that, is surely a liability.

Men sometimes refer to their partners as "investment",wrong statement,u better speak for yourself than making this false statement. understandably because of the amount of time, money and material they spend in maintaining their woman. This has sometimes led to some men tagging their women as an asset.

Ladies, what do you think? do you find this offensive or disrespectful in anyway? Considering that you are human like men too, is it fair to be tagged an "asset"?

Let me know your opinion on this one.
