The Liga giants picked up an impressive 6-2 victory over local rivals Rayo Vallecano on Saturday, and return to European action midweek against Ajax at the Bernabeu.
Speaking at the annual get-together between Madrid board members, Perez spoke of last season's success and how the side will look to go forward this campaign.
"We made the semi-finals [of the Champions League], something that has not happened for many years, although this is not enough. We dream of the 10th title this season," Perez is reported as saying by Marca.
"In the league, the results were also decent, winning more points than in previous seasons where we won the title, accomplishing various records along the way."
The club's CEO also stated the importance of Madrid's Copa del Rey victory over rivals Barcelona, claiming the game was "one of the most exciting Copa del Rey finals and the most watched in history, with more than 13 million viewers".
Perez concluded his speech talking about the state of the side's finances, with profit continuing to rise.
"Income over last year was €480 million, representing a 8.6 per cent increase on the season before. Since 2000, the average income growth from the club 14%," he added.
"The club's net debt reduced from €244.6m to 169.7m and for the 2011-12 campaign we expect income of €488m, yet this depends on the path of the team in the Champions League and the cup."
Perez is currently in his second spell as Real Madrid president, after being re-elected in the summer of 2009.
