i wonder what these naija okada riders think they are doing, in the 70s and 80s when we were growing up, our uncles and daddies buy Helmet alongside their Motorcycle, every Bike then has an helmet , but now that FRSC just introduced the use of helmet for Naija Okada riders, come and see different types of helmet, one can write a research topic on them, I dont understand this one because he has an helmet but decided to be funny!!!!!! what do you think?
