Woman poured petrol over a man for touching her Bosom .

A Victorian woman who poured petrol over a man who touched her Bosom s, resulting in fatal burns, has been jailed for seven years.

Gary Stewart, 50, was seen by several people touching the Bosom s of Kerry Anne McNiven while she was passed out in November 2009.

A week later after drinking alcohol, McNiven, 44, of Wangaratta, stood behind Mr Stewart on the banks of the Ovens River in Wangaratta and poured two-stroke fuel over him.

He caught fire and died from burns several weeks later.



McNiven pleaded guilty to manslaughter in August.

Sentencing McNiven on Tuesday, Victorian Supreme Court Justice Lex Lasry said it remained unclear how Mr Stewart caught fire.

"It is obvious that very soon after you tipped the liquid in the can over Gary, something caused that liquid to catch fire," he said.

"I am not sure how this happened."

Justice Lasry said it may have been that Mr Stewart or someone close by was smoking.

McNiven had a troubled and abusive background, he said.

He said it was clear alcohol had caused a great deal of harm in Aboriginal communities and had a very bad effect on McNiven.

He jailed McNiven for seven years with a non-parole period of four years.

McNiven has already served nearly two years in custody.

If the Bosom  is for touch, why don't you take your mother Bosom , your sister Bosom  and touch them, how can you open your big mouth and say the Bosom  is made to be touch, the stupid man has reap what he sow,  next time he woun't touch a woman Bosom  that does not belong to him again, all women are not same, we should always respect them,  reason before you make comment, don't make any false comment online, from now onward, go and start touching the Bosom  of your mother and sisters.
