10 Year Child set self on fire

A 10 year old girl in Ughelli Delta State her self on fire with kerosene in the kitchen after been scold by the parent according to a

 Vanguard Nigeria report on the I6 of nOvember, 2011. She however cried out loud for help when She could not bear the unimaginable

 pains of the burn but attempts by neighbours to help to help her by taking her a nearby hospital for treatment immediately after yielded

 no postive result as she was comfirmed dead by one of the neighbour later on. Could she be able to cause change as did by the man who fueled the Arab Spring is the big quetsion here:
