You have posted a good topic for discussion but your comments here have turned it into tribal bigotry. Any determined person can survive any where with luck. It is not an Igbo thing. Have you 4gotten dat other tribes, including Hausas are also victims of the boko Haram? Police Stations, Army Barracks and United Nations' buildings have been attacked. This is not about tribe but about radical sect with foreign agenda which the current weak government has been unable to tackle. It is a serious failure of the government to protect lives and properties.

In every 10 prostitutes eight of them are igbos also. If you are a thief, try and steal police vehicle, Igbo man will buy it knowing that it is a police vehicle. I am telling you the truth, if they try it, let them remember that the Hausa's living in the east are not up to 30% of igbos living in the north. If they started killing, what do they expect? We better find ways of solving the problem not escalating it. Whatever we choose is what is going to prevail.

I served in Jos north, Plateau state, it was hell, corp members were killed, other people too were killed. The hausas have nothing to loose, they have like 50 children each, if you kill 30 they still have 20 left, but the Igbos and Yorubas that have only 4 children and the 4 killed, what is their gain?
