DONUCHE you said it all. they are conspirator vultures. we need digital security. in Malaysia where i am they spend more money in camera maintenance to be sure that the country is secured give me chief security of the nation and give me only 6months and see changes. i will use Malaysia method and fish out all the Boko Haram's member and harden criminals.
