Most People who suffer Heartbreak need to critically sit down and objectively are assess the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the  heartbreak they suffered. The first step ( which is the hardest) is to realize that your heart getting broken does not make less lovable or attractive in any way. It may be just another way of you knowing that that person was just not meant to be soul mate. For every lock, there is a key that opens it.
