this guy must be from kano for giving such amount to one state only. This is a sign of tribalism. what happens to the southerns who died in the hands of this fools, how much was given to their families. I'm not against him if he uses his personal money to his people but if he gonna use federal money, he must do it right by given the money to all the affected victims, no exception.
