That's right...  I saw when he was unveiling these plans today... and he made it clear that his coming to power is to help the people, as he has already made enough money to last even his great grand children so he's not interested in looting the government...  According to him the oil wind fall money which is been allocated to each state of the federation monthly (about 4billion naira) will help take care of these plans.

I only hope and pray the Judas in his administration will allow these positive plans sees the light of the day as there were news that the immediate past governor of the state has planted some of his men in the state house to foil the incumbent's good intentions.

Way to go YOUR EXCELLENCY...   May the Almighty give u the courage and that never say die determination to put smiles on the faces of the people of Imo State...  Cos they have waited for too long for such selfless leaders.  And i also hope other states governors could take a cue from Rochas cos surely the best gift any leader can give to his/her people is to educationally empower their youths for a better future.  Long Live Imo State.
